PAYMENTS

• Appointments require a $32 deposit to book. $30 goes towards your service with a $2 processing fee. If it is not paid your appointment will not set.

• The deposit is nonrefundable. (Unless I'm the cause of the cancellation)

• Cash is the ONLY form of payment that is currently accepted. No cashapp, Zelle, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Please read each description prior to booking your appointment.

• A mask is required at all times and to be worn properly.

• No extra guests

• Please come with hair freshly washed and blown out (I do not wash hair).

• Please wash your bundles (NEW & OLD)

• If you are running late please let me know. There will be a fee after 10 minutes.

• Traditional Sew Ins: Stretch Weaving Net

• Closure Sew Ins: Nude/Brown Stocking Cap & Stretch Weaving Net

• Frontal Sew Ins: Nude/Brown Stocking Cap & Stretch Weaving Net

• Wig Installs: Nude/Brown Stocking Cap

STYLING

• Don't forget to add any styling to your appointment at the time of booking

• Any bundles after 3 is an additional $15 each

DROP OFFS

• Closures, frontals, and wigs must be dropped off 48 HOURS OR MORE, before your appointment. If it is not, there will a $20 inconvenience fee.

  • If your appointment is Thursday at 1pm, I will need your item by 1pm Tuesday, or the $20 fee will occur.

• You can only drop off during business hours so please plan accordingly.

• Drop off times are Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM.

• Please inform me before you come to drop off your item. (I'm only at the salon when I have appointments)

• Last minute lace appointments (lace closures, lace frontals, lace wigs) are subjected to a $20 fee since drop offs don't meet the required 48 hour period.

FEES​

• If hair is not blown out or completely detangled there will be a $20 fee for me to blow it out. 

• There is a 9 minute grace period. If you are 10 minutes late there is a $10 late plus $1 per minute. After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, I will not push back my next appointment. Everyone's time is valuable :)

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

• Rescheduling in less than 24 HOURS of your appointment time will forfeit your deposit.

  • If your appointment is at 1pm Thursday, you have to reschedule by 1pm Wednesday.​

• Cancellation will automatically forfeit your deposit.

• No call, no shows will be blocked out of the system and will not be allowed to book again.
